Wir freuen uns, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserem Ferienhaus verbringen. Wir haben uns um eine gemütliche und wohnliche Einrichtung bemüht und hoffen, dass Sie einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei uns verbringen.

Um besser planen zu können, teilen Sie uns bitte ihre ungefähre Ankunftszeit mit. Des Weiteren bitten wir Sie,

Eine direkte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr besteht in dem Ortsteil Friedrichshof nicht.
Durch die nachstehende Hausordnung möchten wir Ihnen Anhaltspunkte geben, wie wir uns den Umgang mit dem Haus und dem Inventar im Idealfall vorstellen. Außerdem haben wir einige Regeln aufgestellt, für die Sie hoffentlich Verständnis haben. Letztlich helfen Sie uns durch eine ordentliche Behandlung des Hauses, Ihnen auch in Zukunft ein schönes Feriendomizil zur Verfügung stellen zu können.
Allgemein
Bitte wenden Sie sich vertrauensvoll an uns, wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen oder etwas in der Einrichtung vermissen.
Natürlich sind sämtliche Dinge in dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück dafür gedacht, dass sie auch benutzt werden. Dabei gehen wir davon aus, dass Sie mit der Einrichtung und dem Inventar sorgsam umgehen. Wir bitten Sie, das Mietobjekt pfleglich zu behandeln und auch Ihre Mitreisenden dazu anzuhalten.
Bei Ihrem Aufenthalt kann es dazu kommen, dass wir zur Grundstückspflege vorbeikommen werden. Dies würden wir im Vorfeld kommunizieren.
Küche
Wir bitten darum, dass Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und dergleichen nur im sauberen Zustand in die Schränke geräumt wird.
Müll
Wir sind zur Mülltrennung verpflichtet und bitten Sie daher, uns dabei zu unterstützen. Gerne geben wir Ihnen bei Ihrer Ankunft alle Informationen dazu.
Für die Raucher
Innerhalb des Hauses ist das Rauchen verboten, allerdings steht auf der Terrasse und vor der Tür ein Aschenbecher.
Schlüssel
Bitte achten Sie darauf, denn im Falle eines Verlusts haften Sie für die Wiederbeschaffungskosten.
Bad
Bitte entsorgen Sie in der Toilette weder Essensreste noch Hygieneprodukte.
Ruhezeiten
Im Sinne einer guten Nachbarschaft bitten wir Sie, von 22:30 h bis 6:30 h die Nachtruhe einzuhalten.
Beschädigungen
Natürlich beschädigt niemand absichtlich etwas, dennoch kann es passieren. Bitte teilen Sie es uns mit, wenn etwas kaputtgegangen ist, damit wir das nicht erst bei der Endreinigung feststellen. Für jegliche Schäden haften Sie in Höhe der Wiederbeschaffungskosten.
Sorgfaltspflicht
Wir bitten darum, Fenster und Türen zu schließen, wenn Sie das Haus verlassen, um Schäden durch Unwetter zu vermeiden.

House rules and information letter for the „Ferienhaus-Wehr“
We are pleased that you will spend your holiday in our holiday home. We have tried to create a cozy and homely setting and hope that you will spend a wonderful holiday with us.

There is no direct connection to public transport in the district of Friedrichshof
Through the following house, regulations we would like to give you clues as we imagine the handling of the house and the inventory in the ideal case. We have also drawn up a number of rules for which I hope you will understand. Ultimately, you help us with a proper treatment of the house, to be able to provide you with a nice holiday home in the future.
General
Please contact us with confidence if you need help or if you miss something in the facility. Of course, all the things in the house and on the property are meant to be used. We assume that you will be careful with the facility and the inventory. We ask you to treat the rental property carefully and also to encourage your fellow travellers to do so.
During your stay it can happen that we will come to the property care. We would communicate this in advance.
Kitchen
We ask that dishes, glasses, pots and the like be cleaned into the cupboards only in a clean condition.
Waste
We are obliged to separate waste and therefore ask you to support us in this. We will gladly give you all the information on your arrival.
For smokers
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but there is an ashtray on the terrace and outside the door.
Key
Please pay attention because in case of loss you are liable for the replacement costs.
Bathroom
Please do not dispose of food leftovers or hygiene products in the toilet.
Rest periods
In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to keep the night’s rest from 22:30 p.m to 6:30 a.m.
Damage
Of course, no one deliberately damages anything, yet it can happen. Please let us know if something has broken, so that we do not find it at the final cleaning. You are liable for any damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Compulsory due diligence
We ask you to close windows and doors when you leave the house to avoid damage caused by severe weather.
